Processing times:

Our standard processing time is 4-7 working days.

For personalised items, processing may take up to 10 working days depending on the size of your order.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

Standard Delivery Time 2-4 working days.

Express Delivery: Available upon request.

Once your order has been dispatched you will recieve confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

Local collection can be arranged by appointment. Contact us regarding collection and we will get this sorted.

Our plaster painting kits are a fun and creative activity, perfect for birthdays, party favours, weddings and special occasions. Each kit includes a handmade plaster cast shape, paint pots and paint brush. Ready for little artists to enjoy.

Available in a wide range of themes and designs, with personalised options to perfectly match your celebration.

Suitable for all ages (with adult supervision for younger children)

Due to the personalised & handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns on personalised party favours unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• Your order arrives damaged or faulty

• We are unable to fulfill your order

• A return has been approved and recieved in its original condition

Approved refunds will be processed to your orginal payment method within 5-10 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

if your order arrives damaged or you have recieved the wrong item, please contact us withhin 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. we will work with you to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production hasn't already begun. Once work has started on personalised items, cancellations and refunds cannot be offered.
